Contest ran from 17.Nov.2007+2100z through 19.Nov.2007+0300z
Station: IC-706MKIIG running 100W into my Inverted-V G5RV at 30ft. to start, but then ol’ Droopy, my 80m full-wave horizontal loop “up” 15-20ft. (±5ft.)
I only operated during the last seven hour of the contest, with maybe 5½ hours of operating time. The best part, though, was having my son at my side for the last couple of hours, and bagging Alaska, Hawaii, Virginia, and a splattering of California stations, with the odd AZ, NM, and WA stations. A bunch of A-1 ops out there who took special note of him and complimented him on an exchange well done.
